BA in Christian Studies with an Emphasis in Applied Ministry: Pastoral Graduates of Grand Canyon University’s Bachelor of Arts in Applied Ministry will be able to utilize biblical studies as the foundation, and an understanding of theology and Christian history as the framework, for communicating the Christian message of reconciliation to various audiences. Pastoral Emphasis graduates will be able to design, develop, and implement building a new or creating change within an existing ministry.
BA in Christian Studies with an Emphasis in Applied Ministry: Worship Graduates of Grand Canyon University’s Bachelor of Arts in Applied Ministry will be able to utilize biblical studies as the foundation, and an understanding of theology and Christian history as the framework, for communicating the Christian message of reconciliation to various audiences. Worship emphasis graduates will be able to explain the biblical and historical roots of worship, the theology associated with worship, and the process of planning worship.
BA in Christian Studies with an Emphasis in Applied Ministry: Youth Graduates of Grand Canyon University’s Bachelor of Arts in Applied Ministry will be able to utilize biblical studies as the foundation, and an understanding of theology and Christian history as the framework, for communicating the Christian message of reconciliation to various audiences. Youth emphasis graduates will be able to design, develop, and implement building a youth ministry.
BA in Christian Studies with an Emphasis in Biblical/Theological Studies Graduates of GCU’s Bachelor of Arts in Christian Studies with an emphasis in Biblical/Theological Studies will utilize biblical studies as the foundation, and an understanding of theology, philosophy, and Christian history as the framework, for communicating Christ to a wide variety of audiences. The Biblical/Theological Studies Emphasis increases the intensity of the core areas of Bible, Christian history, theology, and Christian philosophy through more in-depth study of those areas.
