PhD, Media Psychology The PhD in Media Psychology, the first of its kind in a School of Psychology, is a non-clinical degree that develops scholar-practitioners with a high level of understanding of the relationships between media and behavior. The doctoral program will benefit executives in journalism, entertainment, publishing, software development, business and telecommunications, as well as leaders in government, public policy and education.
PhD, Clinical Psychology Fielding’s PhD program in Clinical Psychology received APA accreditation in 1991. Today, it is the only distributed learning model accredited by the APA. Students may pursue the generalist PhD degree or select from one of Fielding’s four elective concentrations: health psychology, neuropsychology, prevention and control of violence, or parent-infant mental health.
